Rationale on every call

Price, volume, RSI and MACD read alongside fundamentals — with the reasoning written down, not implied.

Stop-loss, not hope

Every recommendation carries a stop-loss guided by the same parameters used to select the security.

Nothing held on your behalf

No funds, no logins, no OTPs, no trades placed for you. Research services only, as the regulations require.

Investment in securities markets is subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing. Registration granted by SEBI, enlistment as a Research Analyst with the Exchange, and certification from NISM in no way guarantee the performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

Research services

What we publish, and how it is arrived at

Securities are chosen through a combination of technical and fundamental analysis. Recommendations follow the bullish or bearish sentiment those parameters produce, and each carries a stop-loss set by the same reading.

  • Price
  • Volume
  • RSI
  • MACD
  • Fundamentals
  • Sector outlook

Research reports

Written reports on listed securities with a documented rationale, a clear rating, and defined stop-loss and target levels wherever they apply.

Default horizon: 12 months, unless the report states otherwise

Model portfolios

Baskets built on a research-driven methodology, issued with a detailed rationale, monitored continuously and updated when the view changes.

Not tailored to individual goals — judge them against your own profile

Market commentary

General market and sector views, shared in group formats along with the standardised reports every member receives at the same time.

No one-on-one trading or investment guidance, as regulations require

Fees differ by plan. Whatever you choose, the total is capped by what SEBI and RAASB prescribe, statutory charges sit outside that, and payment is only ever through banking channels, UPI or CeFCoM — never cash, never to a personal account. Full terms are in the most important terms and conditions.

Before you pay anyone

Check us on SEBI’s records, not on ours

Impersonation is the most common fraud in this market. Anything we send you can be faked — the register cannot.

  1. Find the name on the register

Search for the analyst in SEBI’s list of registered research analysts, then cross-check on the BSE registered RA list.

  2. Use only the contact details listed there

Take the email address and phone number from the register and correspond through those alone. A reply from a different address is a warning sign, not an inconvenience.

  3. Verify before any payment leaves

Confirm on SEBI Check, then pay to a @valid UPI ID or through CeFCoM. Never to a personal account, whoever asks.

SEBI investor caution

How stock market scams reach you

Social media has changed how these operations find people. The tactics are consistent enough to recognise.

  • Unsolicited invitations

Links to join WhatsApp groups — “VIP group”, “free trading course” — sent to people who never asked for them.

  • Fake expert profiles

Accounts built to look like seasoned securities market experts, with a history assembled from borrowed material.

  • Impersonation

Posing as SEBI-registered intermediaries, public figures, celebrities, or the CEOs and MDs of established organisations.

  • Fabricated testimonials

Screenshots of enormous profits, credited to group members who do not exist, used to get funds moved into their accounts.

We will never ask for your trading, demat or bank login credentials, or an OTP. Never share them with anyone — including us.
